Requirements
- Strong network within the Chinese business community, particularly in IT consulting sectors.
- Proven success in cultivating strategic partnerships, with deep expertise in WeCom, CRM, sCRM, MA, and clienteling strategies.
- Proven experience in pre-sales activities, with the ability to craft compelling pitches using Keynote and secure new business opportunities.
- Strong consulting background, including leading workshops and adapting to diverse roles across projects.
- Experience managing and team leading, ensuring high-quality output and meeting financial targets.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams (sales, technology, and design) to deliver customized solutions.
- Experience with Profit & Loss (P&L) management, particularly within a design or creative team.
- Keen interest in technology and understanding of how it can enable business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and IT consulting services.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese business landscape and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and LinkedIn for lead generation and relationship management.
