Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in pre-sales, partner management, account management or related areas.
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals
- Excellent English ability across all 4 skills and publics speaking
- Demonstrated experience and ability to deal with RFP (request for proposals) and RFQ (request for quotation)
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Advanced Keynote/PowerPoint and visualization skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field are expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; System integration
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Keen interest in technology and understand how it can be used to enable business processes;
- Flexible and dynamic team player
- Comfortable in new environments and are not afraid to speak up
