Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company powering the acceleration of clinical research to transform patient outcomes. As the Director, Strategy & Operations - Growth, you will lead the company's biological specimen collections business, developing go-to-market strategy, building out the business, and leading a team.
Requirements
- BS/BA or higher degree; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a strategic and operational role
- Experience leading cross-functional build-outs
- Proven people leadership experience
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy
