Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company powering the acceleration of clinical research to transform patient outcomes. The company is seeking a Manager, Growth Operations to play a critical operational role at the center of their core growth engines in Cardiology.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end internal business development process from initial sponsor engagement through contract execution
• Keep the business development pipeline organized and visible
• Support the Director of Research Partnerships in preparing for key sponsor interactions
• Partner with the Director of Clinical Research to support the end-to-end process of standing up de novo clinical research sites
• Serve as the operational connective tissue during site stand-up
• Work with the Director of Clinical Research to continuously evaluate and improve the site stand-up process
