Job Description
The company is seeking a Junior Construction/Supervision (m/f/d) for onshore wind parks in Gießen, Hessen. The role involves planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects from planning to commissioning, with a focus on meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality. It is a full-time, permanent position.
Requirements
- Completed degree or training in construction, engineering science, or similar.
- First practical experience in construction management or project management (ideally in the wind energy sector).
- Basic knowledge of project planning, budget and schedule management.
- Teamwork, high learning willingness and willingness to exercise effort.
- Autonomous, structured work and problem-solving orientation.
- Good communication skills and secure presentation to internal and external partners.
