Support new first-year and transfer students in navigating their transition into and throughout their first year at Ithaca College by fostering inclusive holistic growth, community membership, school pride, and a sense of belonging.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the coordination and management of the New Student Checklist
- Lead the outreach and communication strategy for incoming students via social media, SMS campaigns, email newsletters, and direct student outreach
- Supervise the Orientation student employees including recruitment, selection and training
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide high quality, intersectional programming and onboarding resources
- Assess the impact of departmental programs and initiatives and adjusting as needed based on findings
