Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to provide full administrative support to the team, manage interview scheduling, and maintain strong working relationships with all parties.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in an administration-driven environment
- 1-3 years of related Banking or Finance recruiting/or Banking/Financial Services experience
- Computer literacy: MS 365 suite
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate for making people's lives better by matching them with awesome job opportunities
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Ability to understand and explain technical roles and job requirements
- Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques
- Good time management skills
