Job Description
Provide full administrative support to team members, manage recruitment activity, build relationships with parties, and handle candidate communication. The ideal candidate has experience in a busy administration role, technical recruiting experience, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- 1-3 years of experience in an administration-driven environment
- 1-3 years of related technical recruiting/or technical IT working experience
- Computer literacy: MS 365 suite
- Fluent in English
- Ability to understand and explain technical roles and job requirements
- Outstanding technical knowledge of various sourcing techniques
