2nd Line Support Engineer

Fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) to join a well-established Managed Services Provider near Leeds.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows OS
• Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID
• Exposure to Microsoft-based server operating systems with an emphasis on Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019
• Hypervisor experience across Hyper-V/VMWare
• Ideally have some understanding of Firewalls & routers
