Fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) to join a well-established Managed Services Provider near Leeds.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows OS
- Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID
- Exposure to Microsoft-based server operating systems with an emphasis on Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019
- Hypervisor experience across Hyper-V/VMWare
- Ideally have some understanding of Firewalls & routers
