Job Description
The Temp - Company Secretary will conduct Board and Shareholders' Meeting, file necessary forms with MCA and RBI, perform day to day legal work related to Contracts, NDA, and conduct Statutory and internal Audits.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Companies Act.
- Working knowledge of laws applicable to the corporates.
- Good drafting skills.
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts.
