Job Description
IVA’AL Solutions, LLC provides support to the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP), staffed with Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Registered Nurses, Certified Victim Advocates, and Program Assistants. They aim to prevent and respond to intimate partner abuse, child abuse, and problematic sexual behavior, using a multi-disciplinary approach focusing on comprehensive prevention services and community behavioral health education. The FAIS role involves assessment, intervention, and prevention for families involved in allegations of maltreatment.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a CSWE accredited school
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level
- Two years’ full-time post-master’s experience in clinical counseling to adults and children
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader
- Must obtain and maintain Basic Life Support Certification (Course C)
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Data entry skills
- Compliance with AF FAP standards
