Job Description
IVA’AL Solutions, LLC provides support to the Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP), specializing in the Treatment and Prevention of Intimate Partner Abuse, Child Abuse and Problematic Sexual Behavior. The Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) provides treatment and preventative services, coordinating with families and utilizing social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions. The FATM is a member of the multidisciplinary Family Advocacy Program and serves as a primary provider of treatment services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CSW) at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license
- Two years’ full-time post-master’s degree experience providing clinical counseling services to adults and children.
- Experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader
- Ability to obtain Military Treatment Facility (MTF) privileges
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Course C)
- Valid drivers’ license
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
