The Director of Enrollment Services provides strategic leadership and executive oversight of enrollment operations that support students from pre-matriculation through the first several weeks of their initial semester. The role ensures efficient coordination, compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of enrollment workflows, including admissions, assessment, financial aid coordination, business services interface, and front-line student support.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree required and Masterās degree preferred in higher education administration, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3ā5 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management, admissions, registrar services, or student services.
- Demonstrated experience managing operational workflows and cross-functional teams.
- Strong administrative, analytical, and technology skills (CRM systems).
- Ability to exercise independent judgment related to institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading enrollment growth or retention initiatives.
