Provides clerical support and office coverage as related to the Titan Academic Advising Office, assists students with academic advising, transfer advising, and maintains computerized student tracking system for reporting functions.
Requirements
- Customer service skills
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendars
- Telephone and routine questions on the TAAC phone line
- Maintaining office filing system and office supplies
- Creating and maintaining computer data files and reporting systems
- Typing at least 35 WPM
- Using the internet and other applications (i.e. Google Docs, SharePoint)
- Working with Banner 9 to gather student data
- Possessing working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, data management, and desktop publishing software (Microsoft Office)
- Guiding and mentoring Work Study students
