We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive: Paid Search to support the management, optimisation and scaling of our Paid Search channel. The role involves setting up, managing and optimising campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, Youtube and Demand Gen, as well as launching and scaling campaigns across Bing Paid Search and other search opportunities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience with Google Ads
- A strong understanding of the channel dynamics and metrics within Paid Search
- A data driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
- Strong copywriting skills and an excellent eye for detail
- A creative thinker with the ability to go beyond administrative repetitive tasks
- Strong communication skills, comfortable collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and seniority levels
- Well organised, able to effectively manage their time in accordance with priorities
- Strong commercial acumen
