Senior Performance Marketer - Marketing (German speaking)

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven success in scaling Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
• Deep strategic understanding of auction dynamics, bidding strategies, target audience segmentation, and attribution models
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, as well as visualization tools (e.g. Looker)
• Experience in planning and evaluating complex A/B tests
• Ability to think strategically while being hands-on
