IXL Learning is seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to join their Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with technology and assisting customers, and will support the rapidly growing global customer base.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 1 year of customer service, inside sales or education experience, preferably within the ed-tech or software industry.
- High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skills
- Understanding of web applications
- Ability to accommodate various global time zones is a plus
- Salesforce.com experience is a plus
