iZeno is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze existing ITSM practices, translate business requirements into ITSM designs, and support the configuration and enhancement of ITSM platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM or IT Operations environments, strong knowledge of ITIL practices, and excellent requirements elicitation and stakeholder facilitation skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM or IT Operations environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service management concepts
- Excellent requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (Jira Service Management preferred; other ITSM tools acceptable)
- Working knowledge of CMDB, IT Asset Management (ITAM), and service catalog concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities
- ITIL Foundation certification (required)
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, financial services) is highly desirable
