The Business Analyst role involves working with customers to understand business goals and translating them into clear functional requirements.

Requirements

• Engage with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and system requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Support presales with requirement discovery, functional demos, and proposal inputs
• Collaborate with solution architects and consultants to design and validate solutions
• Coordinate project deliverables and own Analysis, QA, UAT, and Training SDLC stages
• Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, tracking, and documentation
• Support change management and user adoption
