Subway Manager

The Subway Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Exceptional customer service and local sales efforts are crucial for success.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years in a QSR environment, experience in supervising and training staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work any area of the restaurant and operate a computerized POS system
• Physical requirements: bending, standing, walking, repetitive use of hands and arms
• Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Reliable transportation and ability to be on call
