Chef de Partie

We're seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Hospitality Team working in both the Production and Kin Bistro Kitchens, producing high volume and quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Specializing in baking and patisserie work
• Experience with ordering and stock management
• High standard of presentation skills and hygiene standards
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise effectively and multitask.
• Knowledgeable of products including local and regional
• Excellent time management skills
• Willing to learn and share knowledge.
• Flexible and able to adapt different café offerings.
