We are looking for a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our in-house Catering team and support the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our employees and clients.
Requirements
- Relevant hospitality/culinary qualifications
- 3 years full time employment experience in a fine dining, corporate or catering environment
- Passion for producing high quality, well-presented food
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day kitchen operations (including invoicing) and unwavering adherence to food safety, hygiene and allergen protocols
- Strong work ethic and an ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
