J.C. Hart Company is a family owned, highly respected multi-family real estate development, construction, and property management organization. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Owner's Representative to oversee multi-family developments.
Requirements
- College degree and/or a minimum 5 years supervisory experience in construction management
- Experience in multi-family, assisted living, and/or hotel construction
- Ability to read, write, and analyze various construction-related documents
- Ability to communicate and assist both the Development and Property Management groups
- Ability to negotiate with Subcontractors and Vendors
- Experience in managing a diverse workforce
- Ability to manage conflict and drive business results
- Ability to accurately analyze and project construction costs, schedules, and updates
