Requirements

• Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment, electrical panels, pools, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and electric motors
• Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, and reports needed repairs
• Manages inventory and shop maintenance
