Job Description
J.C. Hart Company is a family owned, highly respected multi-family real estate development, construction and property management organization. We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Sylvania, Ohio!
Requirements
- Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment, electrical panels and protective wiring, pools and pool equipment, appliances in apartments, general plumbing, general carpentry, electric motors, controls and auxiliary equipment
- Checks apartments for appearance and cleanliness, structural cracks, excessive wear and faulty parts and reports all needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor on site.
- Inventory Management and shop maintenance
- Delivers an exceptional customer experience, both internally and externally
