Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 5+ years experience in quality/process engineering. Strong facilitation & Lean tools proficiency

4-year college degree, 5-10 years of experience with Caterpillar, excellent communication and instruction skills

Must be a solid communicator and able to manage conversations. Need a valid driver's license. CRM experience is a plus

1-5 yrs sales exp required. Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent. Strong comm & relationship skills

High school diploma or GED or related experience. Ability to get CDL. Must be at least 21 and able to operate a field vehicle
