Job Description
Riggs Cat is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join their Caterpillar Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) Sales team. This is a key role offering guaranteed income and unlimited earning potential, working from Little Rock, Arkansas, within a defined territory. The position focuses on building customer relationships, generating leads, and closing deals.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of in-person sales experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred), or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to follow a structured call plan
- Skilled in presenting to individuals and groups
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
