Job Description
The Power Systems Product Support Representative (PSSR) will provide product support and rental solutions for electrical and industrial customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product support experience with power systems equipment
- Able to travel within Riggs Power Solutions territory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, customer management tools, sales planning tools, and/or other comparable systems
- Working knowledge of Caterpillar computer systems is a plus
