Job Description
The Training and Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance Riggs' capabilities across all operational areas. This role provides leadership and direction for both technical and soft skills training programs, ensuring that employees are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to perform effectively and advance in their careers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments
- Self-motivated with a high degree of creativity, initiative, and accountability
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
