Facilities Enginer

Coordinate and manage Facilities Engineering Works (FEW) to include building works and facilities maintenance and management, design and construction of building, mechanical and electrical services, project management and facilities improvement. Provide professional guidance on all FEW matters including project development, design and build, building fit-out, manpower, scheduling, budget, quality and EHS matters.

Requirements

• Work on facilities related work following work instructions given by Regional Facilities Manager.
• Liaise with RFM to support and manage new construction and renovation projects.
• Assist the Regional Facilities Manager in planning, organizing, and leading Facilities Engineering Teams within the assigned region.
• Assist the Regional Facilities Manager in handling departmental routine works, communicating with others inside and outside of the company.
