We are in search of an experienced senior level Facilities Manager to direct facilities operations of our entire 4 building campus in Baltimore area Maryland.

Requirements

• Manage the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
• Plan, budget, and schedule facility modifications.
• Design and develop organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.
• Oversee the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facilities expansion.
• Establish and oversee health and safety standards.
