Job Description
La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within the organization. This role involves ensuring the efficient functioning of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Three (3) + years of Supervisory/Leadership experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, blueprints, financial reports, and legal documents
