Facilities & Maintenance Manager I

This position will lead and oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within an organization. The Facilities Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance team and collaborate with vendors, and other departments to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Three (3) + years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, blueprints, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Experience with a formal problem-solving methodology including six sigma.
