Facility Maintenance Manager

Facility Maintenance Manager responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance activities, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment, and overseeing budgets and energy-saving projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (additional education is a plus!)
• 5+ years of experience managing facility maintenance teams, including resource planning
• Experience working with ammonia, Freon, or CO2 refrigeration systems (for temperature-controlled facilities)
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan compliance
• Solid mechanical and electrical skills
