Job Description
The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities for the manufacturing business. The role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive financial visibility, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred
- MBA is an advantage
- Minimum 6â8 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a multinational company
- Strong exposure to manufacturing cost structures, COGS analysis, and operational KPIs
- Proven people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Handsâon experience with FP&A systems; Prism experience preferred
- Experiences in Mechanic business is highly preferrable
- Fluent in English and Chinese is highly preferrable
