FP&A Manager; Manufacturing

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for the Manufacturing and Operations functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as analytical skills to distill complex information into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• 3+ years of management experience
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
• Experience working with ERP systems and BI/reporting tools
