
Job description
The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support strategic decision-making within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations, commercial sales, and executive leadership to drive performance, improve profitability, and enhance financial visibility across the business unit.
Lead the annual budgeting process, develop and maintain financial models, deliver timely financial reporting packages, analyze variances, and monitor key manufacturing KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and a strong understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, and key operational metrics.
