Manager, FP&A

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes for the Industrial segment at Woodward. This hands-on role will play a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, identifying trends, and ensuring the company achieves its financial goals.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in finance roles with an emphasis in FP&A tasks and responsibilities
• 1-3 years in leading others, specifically setting goals, monitoring performance and providing timely and relevant feedback
• Experience working across global teams in the industrial manufacturing sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to simultaneously manage and contribute to multiple process and tool improvement projects
• Advanced skills using Power BI with a strong interest in challenging the organization to use AI to drive efficiencies in key processes
• Capacity to oversee planning and reporting processes while still being an active contributor in planning and analyzing the financials of specific functions in the organization
