The HR Generalist serves as the primary on-site HR team member providing hands-on support to site management and employees. This role focuses on employee relations, policy interpretation, attendance and performance management, training administration, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Demonstrated experience managing employee relations issues independently
- Experience using HRIS and Learning Management Systems
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables
- Strong customer service skills and an ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to plan and complete projects independently
- Solid understanding of employment law and its impact on employment decision
