Inventory Control Manager

The Inventory Control Manager will oversee all inventory control, receiving, stockroom, shipping, and production floor inventory. They will provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.

Requirements

• Recruit, interview, and hire Inventory Control, Stockroom, Prep, and Receiving Supervisors
• Provide weekly communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information with the department
• Identify individual and team strengths and development needs on an ongoing basis
• Create and/or validate training curriculum in area of responsibility
• Manage succession plans for Inventory Control function
