Sr. Inventory Control Manager

The Sr. Inventory Control Manager will lead and optimize all inventory control operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient material flow, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities. This role is critical for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Develop, implement, and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory control specialists and analysts
• Oversee and manage cycle counting and physical inventory processes
• Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, logistics, and finance teams
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS)
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce inventory holding costs
• Manage and resolve complex inventory issues
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory performance
