Job Description
Facilities/Maintenance technicians operate and maintain facilities equipment, including building controls, fire protection systems, and HVAC systems. They are responsible for maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of utilities equipment and general electrical systems on an industrial, cGMP regulated facility. They document all maintenance activities executed on the site computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
Requirements
- Ensure facility maintenance and controlled environmental monitoring activities are complete and on schedule
- Participate in facilities equipment installations as required
- Perform minor building and building system equipment repairs
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area
