Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer at Jabil to develop and support manufacturing processes for customized cold plate designs in high-powered computing and data center integration, with a focus on real-time problem-solving, fixture design, and quality investigation.

Requirements

• Be on the shop floor daily supporting production activities and solving manufacturing issues in real time.
• Design and improve assembly processes, create clear work instructions, and train operators using standardized work principles.
• Perform High-Level Assembly (HLA) and work confidently with assembly drawings and procedures.
• Investigate quality issues, perform Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA), and drive permanent fixes.
• Maintain engineer tools and fixtures, including preventative maintenance and records.
