Manufacturing Engineer 1

As a Manufacturing Engineer 1 at Jabil, you will support medical device manufacturing by developing processes, improving quality and performance, and driving continuous improvement through hands-on engineering and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead and support scrap reduction efforts, non-conformance investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and yield. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN principles and Process Excellence tools to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with hands on failure analysis and equipment troubleshooting
• Project management and strong organizational skills
• Strong written, verbal communication, and computer skills
