Requirements

• Assist manufacturing engineers in analyzing and improving production processes
• Support the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation
• Participate in the design and implementation of fixtures, tools, and equipment
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct time studies and ergonomic assessments
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions
• Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects
