
Job description
The Intern - Manufacturing Engineering will work with Manufacturing Engineers to improve productivity and efficiency by eliminating wastefulness in production processes. This role will involve designing and implementing new processes and tooling, as well as working with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure process controls are in place.
Responsibilities include improving and managing manufacturing processes, developing efficient ways to utilize employees and machinery, designing and implementing new processes and tooling, and working with teams to ensure process controls are in place.
This role is a great fit for individuals with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and a passion for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, and experience with computer software applications and manufacturing processes.
