Principal Engineer

Jabil is seeking a Principal Engineer to work on manufacturing and process engineering core competencies, develop and support SMT and Through-Hole assembly processes, and provide engineering support during production and New Product Introductions (NPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering within an automotive environment
• Strong hands-on experience with SMT and Through-Hole assembly processes
• Proven experience with stencil design and optimization
• Demonstrated experience supporting NPIs and product launches
• Experience coordinating engineering activities across cross-functional teams
