Sr. Recruiter (On-site St. Petersburg, FL)

We are seeking a talented Senior Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and engaging with passive candidates. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to engage and recruit passive candidates, attract highly qualified slates, and create strong candidate experiences. Additionally, they will have a strong understanding of behavioral interviewing best practices, the ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates, and work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine human capital needs.

Requirements

• Manage full cycle recruiting process from Recruiting Strategy Meeting, developing, and implementing sourcing strategy, screening, and interviewing through offer process.
• Partner closely with Human Resource Business Partner and Hiring Manager to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that include diversity outreach and generates strong candidate flow that meet our hiring teams requirements.
• Leverage marketplace analytics along with strong knowledge of our employee value proposition to engage passive candidates and drive future candidate pipelines.
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to determine the human capital needs of the departments and positions identified to ensure efficient and effective hiring.
