Job Description
Jabil is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. The role will involve managing the full cycle recruiting process, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and leveraging marketplace analytics to engage passive candidates and drive future candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, a deep understanding of how to engage and recruit passive candidates, and the ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
