Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations, ensure food quality and efficiency, and lead the kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
