Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
